A pleasure to listen to by Fullcortex - Dec 6, 2014
It is a pleasure to listen to a podcast that contains a clear take home point, a practical pointer and is under 5 minutes. In the first podcast, she reminds us not to be define ourselves by our feelings. Feelings are adjectives not nouns and hence will change. In a similar manner, the other pod casts contain very useful suggestions. And the brevity of the pod casts is a real joy. Don't be surprised if find yourself reaching for a pen to take some notes.
Like a therapist in your car! by imageten - Jan 2, 2015
I consider myself very fortunate that I was able to find this podcast. I have been listening to it for the last few days in the car, and I am looking forward to additional episodes. Karren provides some great advice which I have already been able to use to help me through my day. I have always thought about taking action to change certain aspects in my life that I know I could improve upon, but never took much action to do anything about it. I really feel as though this advice could change all that and help me move on to taking action a getting myself to where I want to be! 5 stars!

There are only five episodes here but each one is full of useful information that I have applied daily. Karren's book "The Tool Box: Building Better Relationships with Teen" is a great book and I am looking forward to more from this podcast. In the last two episodes I've gotten great tips on how to grow my emotional vocabulary to help with my communication. It's great info! Thank you Karren!
Simplicity of focus by Damn_Truth - Dec 13, 2014
These podcast are effective in helping my focus on small bite sized challenges. I have the habit of trying to figure out all the angles or elements of a situation and usually get muddles results. It is nice to be reminded that all issues start with small components and breaking them down to tackle is a critical strategy. Useful!
